Polden House built in 1968, is a 14-storey high rise building in the Windmill Hill suburb of Bristol.

Project Outline:

Polden House smoke ventilation configuration was antiquated and inadequate for modern living. Flo-Vent Ltd recognising this, converted the passive extraction set up to an energy efficient natural ventilation system using EN12101 façade AOV’s: not only protecting residents but meeting environmental concerns.
